These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Crowd Runner (the "App"), provided by ArcLogic Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
The App may offer optional in-app purchases and in-game virtual currency or items (such as coins, gems, boosters, and avatars). Virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are licensed to you, not sold. All purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law or by the applicable app store's refund policy. Purchases are processed by Google Play or Apple, and their terms and payment rules apply.
The App is free and supported by advertising, including optional rewarded ads. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad content is provided by third parties and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; (b) use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; (c) disrupt the App or its servers; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App and all related content, graphics, characters, and code are owned by ArcLogic Studio and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
