Privacy Policy

Crowd Runner · ArcLogic Studio · Last updated 28 September 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how ArcLogic Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Crowd Runner (the "App"). This notice explains the choices available to you.

Information we collect

The App does not require you to create an account and we do not intentionally collect personal information that directly identifies you. Game progress is stored locally on your device.

The App uses Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob and Google Play services may collect and process certain data automatically, including:

Optional usage analytics

Version 1.0.39 and later offers optional Google Firebase Analytics in Settings. Collection is off by default. If you enable it, Google processes gameplay events such as level starts, progression, purchases and ad interactions, together with app-instance/device information, to help us understand usage and improve the game. You can turn collection off at any time in Settings. Earlier versions enabled usage analytics automatically.

In-app purchases

Optional purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. The game uses product and transaction information to deliver and restore eligible purchases. We do not receive your payment card details. Restore Purchases is available in Settings.

How the information is used

Collected data is used to display advertising (including personalized ads where permitted), to measure ad performance, to prevent fraud, and to keep the App working reliably.

Third-party services

Advertising and core services are provided by Google. Their handling of data is governed by Google's own policies:

Children

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

The game uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request advertising consent where required. Open Settings → Ad Privacy Choices to review available regional choices. On iOS, App Tracking Transparency lets you allow or deny tracking; your choice does not prevent you from playing. You can also manage tracking or reset advertising identifiers through your device settings. Optional usage analytics has a separate on/off control in the game's Settings.

Data retention & deletion

Locally stored game progress remains on your device and can be removed by uninstalling the App. To request information or deletion relating to analytics or advertising data, contact us at the email below. We will explain what we can identify and delete, and how to contact the relevant service provider. Apple and Google retain store transaction records under their own policies. Disabling analytics stops future collection; it does not by itself delete data previously processed by Google.
