This Privacy Policy describes how ArcLogic Studio ("we", "us") handles information in connection with the mobile game Quack Blast (the "App"). By downloading or using the App you agree to this policy.
The App does not ask you to create an account, and we do not intentionally collect personal information that directly identifies you. There is no login, no profile and no chat. Your game progress and settings (levels, stars, best scores, sound, language, your reminder choice) are stored on your device only and are never sent to us. Uninstalling the App, or Settings → Reset progress, deletes them.
The App is free and is supported by ads from Google AdMob: a banner at the bottom of the screen, a rewarded video that you may choose to watch to continue a lost game, and full-screen ads between games. AdMob and Google Play services may collect and process certain data automatically, including:
Google uses this to deliver and measure ads, limit how often an ad repeats, prevent fraud and, with your consent, personalise ads.
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is played in aggregate, for example which levels are reached, where players stop, and whether a revive is taken. It records game events (such as a level started or finished, a classic score, the language chosen) together with device and app identifiers (such as the app instance ID), the device model, operating system and approximate country. It is not linked to a real-world identity, and we do not try to identify individual players from it.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the App does not turn analytics on.
After you have played a little, the App asks whether you would like reminders. If you say yes (and allow notifications on your device), the App schedules a few gentle reminders on your device, for example a day, three days and a week after you last played, never at night. They are created on your phone and do not need any data about you. On Android, agreeing to reminders also registers your device with Firebase Cloud Messaging (a device token), so that we can occasionally send a message, such as a new-version announcement, from the Firebase console to players who opted in. You can turn reminders off at any time in Settings → Reminders, or in your device's notification settings.
Collected data is used to display and measure advertising, to prevent fraud, to understand how the game is played and improve it, and to keep the App working reliably. We do not sell your data.
Advertising, analytics and messaging are provided by Google. Their handling of data is governed by Google's own policies:
The App is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
You can reset your Advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads; iPhone: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking). You can change your ad consent in Settings → Ad privacy (where shown), turn reminders off in Settings → Reminders, and delete everything stored by the App by uninstalling it.
Progress stored on your device stays there until you delete it. For requests about advertising or analytics data linked to your device, please contact us at the email below and we will act on them within 30 days.
Data sent by the advertising, analytics and messaging services travels encrypted (HTTPS).
If this policy changes, the revised version will be posted at this address with a new "last updated" date.

המשחק לא מבקש ליצור חשבון, ואנחנו לא אוספים בכוונה מידע אישי שמזהה אתכם ישירות. אין התחברות, אין פרופיל ואין צ'אט. ההתקדמות וההגדרות שלכם (שלבים, כוכבים, שיאים, צלילים, שפה, הבחירה לגבי תזכורות) נשמרות במכשיר שלכם בלבד ולא נשלחות אלינו. מחיקת המשחק, או הגדרות ← איפוס התקדמות, מוחקת אותן.
המשחק חינמי ונתמך בפרסומות של Google AdMob: באנר בתחתית המסך, סרטון תגמול שאפשר לבחור לצפות בו כדי להמשיך משחק שהפסדתם, ופרסומות במסך מלא בין משחקים. AdMob ושירותי Google Play עשויים לאסוף ולעבד מידע באופן אוטומטי, ובכלל זה:
Google משתמשת במידע כדי להציג ולמדוד פרסומות, להגביל כמה פעמים חוזרת אותה פרסומת, למנוע הונאות ובהסכמתכם גם כדי להתאים פרסומות אישית.
המשחק משתמש ב-Google Firebase Analytics כדי להבין בצורה מצרפית איך משחקים בו, למשל לאילו שלבים מגיעים, איפה מפסיקים, והאם לוקחים החייאה. נרשמים אירועי משחק (כמו שלב שהתחיל או הסתיים, ניקוד בקלאסי, השפה שנבחרה) יחד עם מזהי מכשיר ואפליקציה (כמו מזהה מופע האפליקציה), דגם המכשיר, מערכת ההפעלה והמדינה המשוערת. המידע לא מקושר לזהות אמיתית, ואנחנו לא מנסים לזהות שחקנים בודדים ממנו.
באזור הכלכלי האירופי, בבריטניה ובשווייץ המשחק לא מפעיל אנליטיקה.
אחרי שכבר שיחקתם קצת, המשחק שואל אם תרצו תזכורות. אם תאשרו (ותרשו התראות במכשיר), המשחק יתזמן במכשיר כמה תזכורות עדינות, למשל יום, שלושה ימים ושבוע אחרי המשחק האחרון, אף פעם לא בלילה. הן נוצרות בטלפון ולא צריכות שום מידע עליכם. באנדרואיד, הסכמה לתזכורות גם רושמת את המכשיר ב-Firebase Cloud Messaging (אסימון מכשיר), כדי שנוכל לפעמים לשלוח הודעה, כמו הכרזה על גרסה חדשה, מהקונסולה של Firebase לשחקנים שהסכימו. אפשר לכבות תזכורות בכל עת בהגדרות ← תזכורות, או בהגדרות ההתראות של המכשיר.
המידע משמש להצגה ולמדידה של פרסומות, למניעת הונאות, להבנה איך משחקים ולשיפור המשחק, ולתפקוד יציב של המשחק. אנחנו לא מוכרים את המידע שלכם.
שירותי הפרסום, האנליטיקה וההודעות מסופקים על ידי Google, והטיפול שלה במידע כפוף למדיניות שלה:
המשחק לא מיועד לילדים מתחת לגיל 13, ואנחנו לא אוספים ביודעין מידע אישי מילדים.
אפשר לאפס את מזהה הפרסום או לבטל פרסומות מותאמות אישית בהגדרות המכשיר (אנדרואיד: הגדרות ← Google ← מודעות; אייפון: הגדרות ← פרטיות ואבטחה ← מעקב). אפשר לשנות את הסכמת הפרסום בהגדרות ← פרטיות בפרסומות (כשהיא מוצגת), לכבות תזכורות בהגדרות ← תזכורות, ולמחוק כל מה שהמשחק שומר על ידי מחיקתו מהמכשיר.
ההתקדמות השמורה במכשיר נשארת שם עד שתמחקו אותה. לבקשות לגבי מידע פרסומי או אנליטי שקשור למכשיר שלכם, כתבו לכתובת המייל שלמטה ונטפל בהן תוך 30 יום.
המידע ששולחים שירותי הפרסום, האנליטיקה וההודעות עובר מוצפן (HTTPS).
אם המדיניות תשתנה, הגרסה החדשה תפורסם בכתובת הזאת עם תאריך עדכון חדש.
