These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile game Quack Blast (the "App"), provided by ArcLogic Studio ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own private, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store).
The App is free and has no in-app purchases. Your progress (levels, stars, best scores and settings) is stored on your device only: there is no account, so uninstalling the App, clearing its data or changing device may erase it, and we cannot restore it.
The App is supported by advertising, including an optional rewarded video you may watch to continue a lost game. By using the App you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Ad content is provided by third parties and is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
With your permission the App may show reminder notifications. You can turn them off at any time in the App's Settings or in your device's settings.
You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; (b) use cheats, bots, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software; (c) disrupt the App or its services; or (d) use the App for any unlawful purpose.
The App and all related content, graphics, characters, sounds and code are owned by ArcLogic Studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

תנאי השימוש האלה ("התנאים") חלים על השימוש במשחק הנייד קוואק בלאסט ("המשחק"), שמסופק על ידי ArcLogic Studio ("אנחנו"). הורדה, התקנה או שימוש במשחק מהווים הסכמה לתנאים. מי שלא מסכים לא ישתמש במשחק.
אנחנו מעניקים לכם רישיון אישי, מוגבל, לא בלעדי, שאינו ניתן להעברה וניתן לביטול, להשתמש במשחק לבידור פרטי ולא מסחרי שלכם, בכפוף לתנאים ולכללי החנות שממנה הורדתם אותו (Google Play או Apple App Store).
המשחק חינמי וללא רכישות בתוך האפליקציה. ההתקדמות שלכם (שלבים, כוכבים, שיאים והגדרות) נשמרת במכשיר שלכם בלבד: אין חשבון, ולכן מחיקת המשחק, ניקוי הנתונים שלו או מעבר למכשיר אחר עלולים למחוק אותה, ואנחנו לא יכולים לשחזר אותה.
המשחק נתמך בפרסומות, כולל סרטון תגמול אופציונלי שאפשר לצפות בו כדי להמשיך משחק שהפסדתם. השימוש במשחק מהווה הכרה בכך שעשויות להופיע פרסומות. תוכן הפרסומות מסופק על ידי צדדים שלישיים ומטופל כמתואר במדיניות הפרטיות שלנו.
ברשותכם, המשחק עשוי להציג התראות תזכורת. אפשר לכבות אותן בכל עת בהגדרות המשחק או בהגדרות המכשיר.
אתם מסכימים שלא: (א) לבצע הנדסה לאחור, לפרק או לשנות את המשחק; (ב) להשתמש בצ'יטים, בבוטים, בניצול פרצות או בתוכנות צד שלישי לא מורשות; (ג) לשבש את המשחק או את שירותיו; או (ד) להשתמש במשחק למטרה בלתי חוקית.
המשחק וכל התוכן, הגרפיקה, הדמויות, הצלילים והקוד הקשורים אליו הם בבעלות ArcLogic Studio או מעניקי הרישיון שלה ומוגנים בדיני קניין רוחני. התנאים האלה אינם מעניקים לכם זכויות בעלות.
המשחק מסופק "כמות שהוא" ו"כפי שהוא זמין", ללא אחריות מכל סוג. במידה המרבית המותרת בדין, אנחנו לא אחראים לנזקים עקיפים, אגביים או תוצאתיים הנובעים מהשימוש במשחק.
אנחנו רשאים להשעות או להפסיק את גישתכם למשחק בכל עת אם הפרתם את התנאים. אתם יכולים להפסיק להשתמש במשחק בכל עת על ידי מחיקתו.
אנחנו עשויים לעדכן את התנאים מעת לעת. המשך השימוש במשחק אחרי שהשינויים נכנסו לתוקף מהווה הסכמה לתנאים המעודכנים.
התנאים כפופים לדיני מדינת ישראל, בלי התחשבות בכללי ברירת הדין.
